Traveling Nurse (live-in)

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Traveling Nurse to provide personalized care and companionship for an older gentleman in his private residences.  This is a year-round live-in role requiring regular travel between homes in Rhode Island, Florida, Arizona, and Utah.

Private accommodations will be provided at each location, and a vehicle will be available for all work-related responsibilities. 

Responsibilities:

•        Administer daily medications and monitor vital signs.
•        Assist with physical therapy exercises, mobility support, and fall prevention.
•        Support with CPAP machine, hygiene, and personal care routines.
•        Prepare healthy meals and ensure regular hydration.
•        Observe, document, and report any changes in health or behavior.
•        Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
•        Drive to appointments, errands, and activities as needed.
•        Assist with light housekeeping, grocery shopping, and packing/unpacking for travel.

Requirements:

•        Minimum of 3-5 years of professional nursing experience.
•        Strong communication skills, patience, and attentiveness.
•        Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
•        Excellent professional references from current and previous employers.
•        Non-smoker.
•        Ability and willingness to travel between residences (RI, FL, AZ, UT)
•        High regard for confidentiality and discretion.

Compensation & Benefits:

•        $2,000 per week (W-2)
