Description: This is a 8-hour shift 5 days each week, with the shift schedule being from 08:00-16:30 total of 40 hours per week. . Physical Therapist with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and 2 professional references. The all-inclusive hourly pay rate for this position is $65.52/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $50.68/hr, along with a per diem of $14.83/hr. *Work Location - 51 Health Ln, Warwick, RI, 02886.

Summary:

Department: Physical Therapy

Shift Timings: 08:00 - 16:30 Hours Monday to Friday (5 days/8 Hours)

Per Week: 40 Hours

• The Physical Therapist is accountable for effectively managing a caseload of patients from admission to transition into the community, involving interdisciplinary support and referrals when appropriate.
• This position coordinates the interdisciplinary care, monitors and adjusts treatment to achieve positive therapeutic outcomes, and identifies opportunities for process improvement

Rate: $65.52 / hour

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Physical Therapist Rhode Island state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Physical Therapist program
• Five years of work experience as a Physical Therapist
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified
